Content questions and corrections
For questions about a guide or a correction to a page, write to [email protected]. This goes to the people who write and check the content (Maya Chen and Jordan Hale). For anything else, use hello@ above.
Reporting a problem
These details help us fix things quickly:
- A style shows boxes or looks wrong: the style name, your device and operating system (for example “Samsung Galaxy A54, Android 14”), and the app where you pasted it.
- A platform rule has changed: the platform, the field (username, display name, bio…), what happened, and a link to the official help page if you have one.
- An error in a guide: the page address and what’s wrong. If you can, include a source.
- A bug in a tool: your browser and what you did just before it happened.
Corrections that change a page are reflected in its “last updated” date. See our editorial policy.
Suggestions
Want a style, frame or lettering font we don’t have? Tell us what it’s for. We add styles that work reliably across devices and fonts with an open licence.
What we can’t help with
We can’t recover accounts, change usernames on other platforms, or tell you whether a specific name is available in a game. Please contact that platform’s support for those.
